Why Should You Attend?

This conference aims to ensure that there is a partnership between shop stewards, unions, employers and the workforce with the aim to avoid mass strike action. Shop stewards will be given skills on how to achieve positive outcomes and in turn manage their roles while effectively defending and empowering the workforce.
