ITC hosted the 6th Annual Women in Law Enforcement Conference, and over 100 delegates attended this year’s conference. South Africa’s most influential woman in Law enforcement Gen Riah Phiyega reiterated that being a leader is not only about the rank rather your roll and responsibilities within the your organisation “Leadership is a process and not a position”.
