Dear Women In Mining

The recent Women in Mining Conference provided an objective platform for over 100 delegates across South Africa. Thank you to Constance Kobe (DMR) for her 2nd year in attendance and clarifying key aspects in terms of Women in mining legislation.

ITC supports the view that the mining industry needs to focus a great deal of attention on empowering women and discuss how more women can sustainably be attracted and retained in this sector.
